What are your items made from?
Most items are printed using high-quality PLA or similar materials chosen for strength and detail. Each listing will note the material used.

Are your items made to order?
Yes. Most pieces are made to order, so we can ensure quality and offer color options when available.

How long does it take to ship?
Production time is listed on the product page. Typical made-to-order items ship within 3–5 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please see our Refund Policy in the footer for full details. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll help.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because items are 3D printed, minor variations in finish, layer lines, or color tone can occur. This is normal and part of the process.

Are these toys?
Most items are intended for display. Some articulated items may have small parts and are not recommended for young children.

Can I request a custom item?
