Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or production delays, shipments may be delayed a few days. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email.

Refund Policy 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition received

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@craftedcatastrophes.com before sending any items back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is [5–10 business days]

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.

Because many of our products are 3D printed and made to order, minor variations in color, layer lines, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance.

Many items are made to order or customized, and production may begin shortly after purchase. As a result, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy (available in the footer of this website).

Purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial redistribution.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless explicitly stated.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
