Returns

Due to the nature of our products, custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition received

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
